Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (i.e., statistical analysis) with some course work in data management required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
- At least 4 years related experience required.
- Experience in designing and producing both simple and complex business analytics for use by management in decision support and in publishing HR-related dashboards.
- Experience using the following tools: Crystal Reports Writer, Tableau, OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition), Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio and Projects required.
- Expert-level knowledge of HR Information Systems, preferably PeopleSoft, Taleo, Lawson and/or Oracle Cloud.
- Experience with hospital-based administrative database applications and data warehousing technology highly desired.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases and of writing queries and reports required.
