Experience:
Microsoft Office/computer skills preferred.
Six months previous call center/doctor's office/answering service
experience required.
Excellent verbal communication skills required for answering calls and
taking messages.
Pleasant and clear speaking voice required and the ability to speak for
long periods of time.
Require message taking skills for CSMC 24 Hours Answering Service.
Able to type 35-45 WPM preferred.
Must be able to work a variety of shifts.
Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or comparable level of education.
Physical Demands:
Ability to type for the entire working shift
Ability to talk for the entire working shift.
Ability to sit for the entire working shift
Rapid movement to handle emergency codes.
