EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
One or more years of surgery scheduling experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in the areas of patient and physician relations. Ability to work independently as well as within a group in a multi-tasked, fast paced environment. Organizational and prioritization skills is essential. Strong computer skills; experience with Microsoft Windows is essential; IDX, EIS-OR, or other computerized scheduling systems preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Russian skills is a plus.
