Supervisor - Physician Billing Office

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

License/Certification:

CPC certification strongly preferred.

Experience:
• At least three (3) or more years supervisory experience in billing and collections in a medical group or in professional billing.

• Understanding of insurance billing and collection requirements.
• Knowledge of procedures and data flow in a health care organization; experience with physician billing preferred.
• Understanding of computer systems, as well as knowledge of computer programs such as Word and Excel; understanding of Epic system preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
• Good leadership skills with a team-oriented approach.
