Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be fluent in English
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience including exemplary telephone interaction required
- Computer literacy required to minimally include word processing and spread sheets on IBM platform
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time and walk to distant areas of the medical center and lift up to 50 pounds and push patients/visitors in wheelchair
