Educational Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited SLP school, with completion of CFY
License/Certification/Registration Requirements:
Valid and current license as a SLP in the state of California
Valid and current CPR certification: American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS)
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years clinical experience; working experience in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit; prefer experience with Modified Barium Swallow Studies, Fiberoptic Endoscopic Swallowing Studies, Tracheostomy speaking valves.
Physical Demands: (e.g., lifting, standing, walking)
Able to push, pull, lift up to 100 lbs on an intermittent basis; able to bend,stoop, sit, stand and walk without restrictions.
