Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required. Coursework should include planning, finance, account and business strategy.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) required.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in planning, finance, and/or business development experience in a healthcare organization or consulting organization providing services to the healthcare industry highly preferred.

Experience/Skills We are Seeking:

• Ability to convey and take in written and verbal information from various audiences in different formats
• High level communication skills and experience working with group/team processes and functioning as a facilitator.
• Ability to apply critical thinking to analyze and interpret information and/or data
• Strong research and analytical skills; Strong financial pro-forma development skills.
• Ability to use software applications and operate technological devices (e.g., email, Microsoft Office, timekeeping and other applications, computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.)
• Extensive knowledge and skill with various PC applications. Microsoft Office applications expert.
• Ability to initiate, plan, design, execute, and monitor project(s)
• Strong project management: including facilitation of work teams that create the business and strategic plans.
• Knowledge of hospital, clinic, and/or medical group operations as well as understanding of local healthcare market dynamics, including competitor issues, demand assessment and payer trends.
