Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Coursework in a quantitative field (for example: statistics, business, science, engineering).
  • Coursework or background in statistics.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of software applications (for example: Tableau)
  • A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Experience:

  • Two (2) years of progressive responsibility in the application of PI and statistical process control methodologies and independent facilitation of PI teams.
  • Two (2) years of recent experience in an acute healthcare setting highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of health care regulations, accreditation, and licensing requirements.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of advanced statistics
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Dynamic personality and excellent oral, written, and social skills.
  • Be willing to work both collaboratively and independently within a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to quickly develop and maintain productive relationships with team members.
  • Ability to project an image of professionalism in communication, appearance and conduct.

Physical Demands:

  • Routine office environment with prolonged sitting and use of keyboard/monitor.
  • Ability to travel to various locations on campus to meet with other personnel as requested.
