High School Diploma or equivalent.

1.Three to six (3-6) years experience preferred.
2.Proven track record with customer service and practice operations.
3.Ability to teach others about medical terminology and insurance concepts.
4.Working knowledge of master schedules and templates.
5.Intermediate computer experience.
6.Experience with heavy phone volume.
7.Ability to problem solve/prioritize.
8.Advanced knowledge of medical terminology and insurance concepts (ability to problem solve and assist patients).
9.Ability to schedule using summary search.
10.Be able to differentiate between CSMG & CSHA, HMO, PPO, and POS; be able to follow P&P accordingly.
