Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- College Diploma preferred
Additional qualifications we are looking for:
- Minimum 3 years of customer service and/or patient placement experience within a healthcare environment utilizing medical terminology required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service and ability to meet the needs and expectations of patients and health care colleagues.
- Knowledge and proficiency in the use of health care technology within specialty area.
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information for decision sipport.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
