License/Certification/Registration Requirements:
1. Current California LVN licensure to practice.
2. Phlebotomy certified.
3. IV certified.LVN License, IV and Phlebotomy certification.
Experience:
2-5 years experience of Cardiology experience preferred. Able to check-in large volume of patients by performing vital signs, reconciling medications, and updating electronic medical record. Basic knowledge of various computer programs. Proven ability to differentiate between various insurance plans in order to obtain prior authorizations for medication.
