Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (such as statistical analysis); with some course work in data management. 

Strongly prefer Master’s degree in business, human resources, communication or other relevant discipline preferred.

 

 

Experience:

At least four (4) years of related experience

Experience in designing and producing both simple and complex business analytics for use by management in decision support.

Experience in designing, creating, and publishing Human Resources-related databases

Subject matter expertise and experience in both statistical analysis and trend analysis summarizing the data and the trends.

Ability to identify issues, and trends, synthesize information, propose methodical solutions and highlight implications of findings.

Ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Experience in Workforce Administration, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Payroll or other Human Capital Management discipline preferred.

Experience in multiple report writing platforms, such as Crystal.

Experience in analytical presentation tools, such as Tableau.

Experience with OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition) preferred.

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio and Projects required. Proficiency will be tested.

Expert knowledge of HR Information Systems, preferably PeopleSoft, Taleo, Lawson and/or Oracle Cloud.

Experience with hospital-based administrative database applications and data warehousing technology highly desired.

Project Management experience is desirable.

• Experience with SQL and relational databases and of query/report writing
