Educational Requirements:
High School education required.
Some college education with courses in business, computer operation/applications, and correspondence.
License/Certification: N/A
Experience:
2 + general office experience in a clerical, administrative assistant and/or general office capacity role.
Human Resources experience preferred.
Regulatory/survey awareness of The Joint Commission, Department of Health, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services preferred.
Hospital and HR experience preferred.
Regulatory documentation, and employee file maintenance experience a huge plus and preferred.
Oracle HCM Cloud, or PeopleSoft experience preferred.
General clerical experience.
PowerPoint, Word, Excel experience required.
Strict attention to detail, follow through, and consistency.
Strong understanding of mail merge.
Strong customer service skills.
Computer website navigation experience (will need to navigate the Breeze licensure website, and other licensure websites to obtain licensure's PSVs).
Physical Demands:
Ability to move throughout all areas of the immediate and adjacent Medical Center and Health System Campus, sit for long periods of time and perform data entry, bending down, packing, and moving items of about 20-25 lbs.
