Educational Requirements: 
A minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent desirable. 

Licensure, Registration, Certification, Experience, Other: 
Completion of certificated program in food service or comparable training preferred. 

Experience: 
Formal food service training and/or storeroom training is recommended but not required. Persons with Fast Food or comparable experience preferred. Organizational ability to include coordination of multiple tasks within established timeframes, excellent interpersonal skills, and must be customer oriented. Must be able to communicate in English, verbally and in writing, with staff, customers, and patients over the telephone or in person. 

Physical Requirements (physical abilities essential to perform the job): 
Must be able to distinguish color coded dating systems to assure proper food rotation. Must be able to lift and move cases of supplies and/or food product weighing up to 40 pounds. Must be able to prepare and present food attractively for customers and/or patients. Must be able to stand and walk distances over the greater portion of the assigned shift. Considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling. Must be able to see, speak, and hear clearly.
