Environmental Services Technician Lead - Full Time

Educational Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. required.

Experience:

One to two (1-2) years of supervisory or team leader experience in an acute hospital preferred. Demonstrated leadership ability to establish intradepartmental administrative systems to achieve orderly, accurate and timely work flow from patient areas and units. Ability to function independently and to plan, organize, direct, monitor and evaluate assigned work. Demonstrate commitment to provide quality customer service and coordinate multiple projects. Knowledge and understanding of the organization, functions, policies and procedures of the hospital and department. Understanding of the interrelationship with the large Cedars-Sinai Health System and the ability to apply knowledge to the work of the department and patient through put. Must have the ability to learn Windows or comparable systems (specifically including keyboarding and mouse skills).
