MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Masters preferred
- 10+ years of clinical trial experience with 5+ years of managerial level experience
- Evidence of progressive leadership experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
- Extensive knowledge in clinical research operations and associated regulations governing clinical research
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to provide leadership and promote collaboration
- Possess exceptional time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge and/or experience with NCI CCSG expectations is preferred
- Previous experience coordinating and managing oncology clinical research programs
- SOCRA certification preferred
