Education:
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's or Law degree preferred (MBA/JD)
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of directly related work experience with a successful track record in major gift and/or deferred giving required
- Must be comfortable with working with mature donors
- Ease in working with financial and legal professionals
- Familiar with sophisticated software technology, databases and financial reports and analysis
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer skills; experience with database management, word-processing and other electronic means of communication and data management
