Community Benefit Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist

Qualification Requirements/Preferences: 
Bachelor's Degree required; Masters’ Degree preferred 

Experience: 
Minimum three to five years professional experience 
Experience with statistical software and other data management systems
Expertise in clinical and research data analysis
Ability to provide and present recommendations based on data results
Ability to build data infrastructure
Ability to problem-solve data issues 
Exceptional interpersonal skills

A collaborative style and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills 
Ability to work independently in a deadline oriented team environment required

Exposure to Tableau 

Physical Demands: (e.g., lifting, standing, walking) 
Ability to function in an office environment within a healthcare setting
