Community Health Associate II
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree required in nutrition, public health, community health or related field preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish and/or Korean) highly preferred.
- Digital literacy – Solid understanding of Windows or comparable system, presentation development, email, browsers, spreadsheets, etc.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a community health setting.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working with diverse populations preferred. Working with volunteers is a plus.
- A minimum of 4 years of extensive experience implementing community-based public health programs with demonstrated and sustained community-level impact among Cedars-Sinai’s patient populations (Latinx, LGBT, Korean, African American/Black, Filipino)
- Experience in organizing large scale community events.
- Established relationships with local community clinics, school districts and community health/public health organizations.
- California driver's license required. Transportation resource to be able to engage on-site with community partners is needed for this role.
