Educational Requirements:
BSN degree required
License/Certification/Registration Requirements
• Current California RN License.
• BLS required
• Specialty Certification
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of Nursing experience required
At least 3 years of Critical Care experience in a Cardiac setting preferred
Organ transplantation experience preferred
Demonstration of excellent organizational skills as well as interpersonal skills
Full command (verbal and written) of the English language
Demonstrated knowledge of case management
Experience in data management
Physical Demands:
The physical ability and perceptive acuity to satisfactorily perform all direct and indirect patient care functions.
Ability to sit for long periods of time while working in front of a computer, walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 20 lbs.
