Brand Strategy Specialist
Job Duties:
- Lead and coordinate projects as assigned by management; manage project lists, deliverable, timelines
- Assist the department in executing strategies and tactics for overall marketing and communications plan, consult with the department on tactics for ad/branding campaigns
- Serve as the primary contact for program leads in the development of marketing campaigns while working closely with the department for approval
- Compose written materials to support program needs such as blog posts, website updates, publications, social media posts, media advisories and other complex projects/events.
- Research and analyze markets; provide information and reports for the department and client group review
- Conduct research through online patient advisory panel, completing surveys, engaging organizational stakeholders and providing reports.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (Communication; Public Health; or Marketing Preferred)
Experience:
3 years Healthcare, community or non-profit experience preferred
- Extensive knowledge in database applications including Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Ability to identify, summarize and report critical data
- Excellent data organization skills, ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple and complex assignments/projects with limited supervision
- Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of the organization to influence end results; Strong verbal and written communication skills
